Maintain Property Inc operates an SMS/MMS text messaging program to communicate with residents, applicants, and property owners regarding property management services, including:
- Rent payment reminders and confirmations
- Maintenance request updates and scheduling
- Lease renewal notices and document alerts
- Property inspection notifications
- Community and building announcements
- Emergency or urgent property alerts
2. How to Enroll (Opt-In)
You may enroll in our SMS program by:
- Checking the SMS opt-in box on our online application or resident portal
Enrollment is voluntary. Other communication channels remain available if you choose not to enroll.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your account activity. You can generally expect:
- Recurring messages: Typically 2–8 messages per month
- Transactional messages: Triggered by account activity (e.g., payment received, maintenance scheduled)
- Emergency alerts: Sent as needed for urgent property or safety situations
4. Message & Data Rates
For questions about your carrier’s messaging rates, please contact your mobile service provider.
5. How to Opt Out & Get Help
Reply to any of our messages with one of the following commands:
Reply STOP to immediately unsubscribe from all SMS messages. You will receive one final confirmation, then no further texts will be sent.
Reply HELP at any time to receive our support contact information directly via text message.
After texting STOP, you may re-enroll by texting START or contacting our office.
